DAAD Scholarship Certificate Handing Over Ceremonies
The DAAD conducted a series of events where scholarships certificates were handed over to outstanding students from India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka. The events took place at 7 locations and were attended by representatives from the German Embassies and Consulates.
Celebrating Success: 11 Sri Lankan Students awarded DAAD Scholarships
On 25 April 2024, the DAAD Scholarship Certificate Hand-over ceremony took place in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It was a joyous occasion as these scholars received their certificates from His Excellency Dr. Felix Neumann, the Ambassador of Germany to Sri Lanka.

Eight DAAD Scholarship Awardees felicitated at the Alumni Networking Reception
Eight candidates from Sri Lanka who were awarded DAAD scholarships in 2023 for Masters and PhD studies in Germany were presented with certificates by the Ambassador of Federal Republic of Germany to Sri Lanka and Maldives at the Alumni Networking Reception organised by the German Embassy Colombo on the occasion of the 70 years of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and Germany at the Ambassador’s Lodge, Colombo.
